Springdale AR home repair

This house was built in early 2000 in Springdlae AR. The house developed brick seperations in sevral locations, from poor construction.  The needed footings and piers to support the brick and roof load at time of construction. The porch was able to hold the roof and brick load sevral years after the builders warranty expired. The home owners called us in to make the repair, we removed the existing concrete porch, replaced the brick column with a cedar porch and beam.
